Spring Clean Your Body This Summers
Winter is over and its time to shed off those extra layers that you had been sneaking inside your hoodies. Summers have begun and we are already half way into the hottest days of the year.
The prickly heat makes it very uncomfortable to step out of houses. So, what can you do at your homes to spring clean your body?
We all clean up our homes, kitchens, closets, bathrooms during this time of the year. We do our best and ensure there’s no space left untidy. But, between doing the cleaning and brooming, we forget one highly important home that we live in – our body.

Follow a mono-meal
As Dr. Divya says that we should have one fruit in the morning. For following a mono-meal, you are advised to follow one kind non-citrus high in fiber fruit. Like Banana, Papaya, Watermelon, Grapes, Mango or any other fruit. These high calorie fruits will keep you energetic and satisfied. The reason you are advised to take up one fruit is because your body can easily process and digest a single type of nutrition easily. So, when you go on a mono-meal diet, it would get easier for your body to digest the items that you are eating.
Relax with moist heat
This is yet another best way you can use to cleanse and detox your body. When you sit in a Sauna booth, your body starts producing sweat. Our body is the most important asset that we have got. If we don’t value it, then doctors will let us do at 50s or 60s.
But, if we start going for these complete detoxification cycles every now and then, we might not face such issues anywhere near.
