There’s also a neutral bath which lasts 15-30 minutes and helps in overcoming inflammation of organs. A cold bath can go up to 15-20 minutes and can be performed daily if the weather provides. Warm water therapy is given regularly in the morning which clears any blocked or thickened muscles or tissues.
